A week in a full-time program, 25 hours of teacher led instruction, promises:

  • Core Class -17 hours of integrated language lessons. Grammar plus the 4 skill groups of Reading/Writing/Speaking/Listening.
  • Spoken English – 2 hours dedicated to speaking & listening, focusing on pronunciation/fluency/presentation skills.
  • Discussion – 2 hours of targeted language production; an opportunity for practical, spontaneous application of Core Class skills.
  • Language Lab -4 hours to practice and apply learning from the other classes and to further develop skills. An opportunity to demonstrate new skills through assignments and MyEnglishLab (MEL), the online compliment to the text book. MEL Components: Vocab Check; Reading Comprehension; Grammar Practice Activities; Listening for it; Sounding Natural; Linking Grammar to Writing; including Diagnostic Tests.
